Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring for an Administrative Assistant with a well-established construction company supporting a project in Sullivan, Indiana.
Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to project management and field operations teams.
  • Maintain organized employee, project, and administrative records.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination of required processes.
  • Assist with payroll and timekeeping, including reviewing timecards and maintaining payroll-related documentation.
  • Support general HR and personnel administration, including employee records and responding to employee questions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and corporate departments to ensure information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Track and maintain project-related documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and administrative records.
  • Assist with compliance-related paperwork and workforce documentation.
  • Attend project meetings and assist with follow-up documentation and action items.
  • Support project leadership with reporting, communication, and day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee, payroll, and company information.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of administrative, HR, or office support experience.
  • Construction, manufacturing, field operations, or project-based experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience or exposure to employee onboarding and/or offboarding processes.
  • Experience or exposure to payroll, timekeeping, or payroll-related administrative tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Comfortable working onsite and supporting a fast-paced project environment.
