As the face of our community, you will be the first person residents, guests, and employees see when they arrive and the last person they see as they depart. In addition to managing the front desk, youโ€™ll handle special projects and clerical duties, making this role perfect for someone with strong interpersonal and administrative skills. ย  Job Duties
  • Warmly Greet Visitors:ย Welcome residents, families, vendors, and staff with a smile and by name when possible.
  • Answer Inquiries:ย Confidently respond to questions from residents, families, vendors, and staff, ensuring follow-up when needed.
  • Effective Communication:ย Positively engage with residents, families, vendors, and staff in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Support Administration:ย Assist the Business Office Manager and other departments with various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure Safety:ย Help maintain the safety and security of the building and its residents.
ย  We are looking to fill a on-call reception/concierge position.ย ย 
  • Weekend availability required, must be flexible to work some holidays
ย  Qualifications:
  • Professional administrative experience such as receptionist, front desk, or concierge roles
  • Experience answering and directing multi-line phone calls
  • Strong data entry and basic computer skills
  • Ability to assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
  • Experience working in senior living communities is preferred, but not requiredย 

You are an ideal candidate if you have a minimum of 1-year of experience as a Receptionist or Concierge and have well-established computer skills including proficiency with Excel and Word. Also essential is the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and maintain calm and composure during periods of high stress.ย ย
