Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Airdrie, AB | All Service Drilling


All Service Drilling is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing office in Airdrie. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative duties and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones
  • General office administration and clerical support
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping and invoice processing
  • Filing, document management, and reporting
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative operations
  • Assisting with field timesheets and expenses.
  • Assisting with crew scheduling; following up with field staff to ensure they are ready for their rotations.
  • Submittal management.
  • Work with Microsoft software to manage data and information related to project management functions.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments.
  • General filing, photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies.
  • Additional administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Professional Experience / Qualifications:

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Works well under pressure and performs well within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience working in a project based working environment considered an asset.
  • Experience in an industrial setting, drilling being an asset.

Education:

  • College Diploma is considered an asset.

Compensation:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience.
