Dry PaT is a growing drywall company built on quality work, strong relationships, and a well-organized office that keeps our projects running smoothly. We're looking for a Bi-Lingual Office Administrator who is organized, dependable, and wants to grow into a long-term role within our company.

This position is a great opportunity for someone with strong data entry and communication skills who wants to gain experience in office administration, accounting support, and construction operations. Your ability to speak both English and Spanish will make you a key part of our team, helping us communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and field crews. We are willing to train the right person who is motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter invoices into accounting software and assist with timecard entry and subcontractor payroll
  • Verify project details, selections, and scheduling with clients
  • Update and maintain vendor and project files (digital and paper)
  • Prepare bank deposits and assist with basic accounting support tasks
  • Organize warranty appointments and process incoming mail
  • Order paint, drywall, and office supplies as needed and track inventory
