Receptionist/ Sales Admin

Salary: 35K-40K,

Hours: 6am - 2:30pm

Qualifications


Responsibilities:  


- Reception duty


- Answering Calls (another person shares calls, volume varies depending on weather)


- Greet Visitors


- Filing 


- General office administrative tasks


- Preparing contracts/processing paperwork for sales team


- Job order input for sales team (may require follow up with sales person/client to collect missing data)


- Misc administrative support to marketing


- Outbound calls to leads generated, info finding (5-25 calls a day)


Requirements/Experience:


- Great communication skills - Must be comfortable on phone


- Pick up computer software quickly


- Team player


- Great work ethic


- Willing to "do what it takes" to get job done
