Job description

Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking multipleย Admin Supervisorsย for home activities eventsย during the 2025-2026 school year and beyond.ย 
Multiple dates and times are availableย and there is flexibilityย to choose the days you want to work.ย ย 
Responsibilities Include:ย 



  • Supervise and intervene as needed if there are any issues with fans attending the event
  • Greet visitingย teams and escort them to their locker rooms
  • Greet officials and escort them to their dressing room
  • Greet table workers
  • Check in with event workers to make sure things are functioning properly
  • Provide money boxes to ticket takers and collect money boxes and return to the athletic office
  • Close and lock up the press box after outdoor events
  • Return Ipads, locker roomย key, and microphoneย to the athletic office after indoor events

Qualifications:ย 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prefer current employment with Hutchinson Public Schoolsย 

Compensation:

  • $125.00 per shiftย
