Unified Group Services has an incredible new opportunity for an adaptable, precise, and detail-oriented financial professional! As a full-time Premium Admin - Billing Specialist with our Anderson, IN team, you'll make sure crucial accounting and bookkeeping functions are properly handled, and all records are 100% correct. Must-Haves:
  • Associate degree in accounting OR 3+ years of professional accounting experience
  • QuickBooks and journal entry experience
  • Account reconciliation and review experience
  • Proven ability to accurately reconcile and audit data
  • Sharp attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Solid bookkeeping, credit, and debit knowledge
  • Microsoft Word proficiency
  • Demonstrated high levels of attendance
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Flexible and proactive approach to projects

Bonus Qualifications:
We'd prefer that our Premium Admin - Billing Specialist be able to multitask, manage competing priorities, and quickly adapt to changing needs and circumstances. The ability to fully complete tasks, prioritize competing responsibilities, and stay organized would be beneficial. A positive and collaborative team attitude is a plus!
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with overtime available
  • Using QuickBooks to manage invoices, track deposits, and print checks
  • Using WLT to set up premium rate tables
  • Depositing funds and approving ACH activity on the bank's website
  • Thoroughly reviewing financial documents (balance sheets, P&L statements, etc.) for accuracy
  • Preparing self-funded organ transplant and stop loss invoices
  • Assisting with year-end accounting duties, including the annual financial audit
