Job description

TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) administrateur de système m365 ayant une solide expérience dans son domaine d’expertise afin de contribuer à des projets technologiques structurants pour des organisations publiques et privées.

Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :

  • Configurer, déployer et maintenir les services Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Gérer les identités, les accès et les licences des utilisateurs ;
  • Automatiser les tâches répétitives à l’aide de PowerShell ou d’outils Microsoft (ex. : Power Automate) ;
  • Assurer la sécurité des données et la conformité aux politiques de la Ville (ex. : protection des renseignements personnels) ;
  • Résoudre les incidents et les problèmes liés à M365, en collaboration avec les équipes de support ;
  • Participer à la migration de données et à l’intégration de nouvelles fonctionnalités ;
  • Documenter les configurations, les procédures et les bonnes pratiques ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de sécurité pour implémenter des mesures de protection (ex. : Conditional Access, DLP).

Requirements

  • DEC ou baccalauréat en informatique, réseaux ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente) ;
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en administration de systèmes, dont 2 ans avec Microsoft 365 ;
  • Posséder les certifications Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (atout) ;
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Azure AD) ;
  • Connaissance de PowerShell pour l’automatisation ;
  • Expérience avec les outils de sécurité Microsoft (Defender, Purview, etc.) ;
  • Compréhension des bonnes pratiques en gestion des identités (IAM).
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer clairement avec les utilisateurs ;
  • Rigueur et sens de l’organisation ;
  • Capacité à rédiger des documents techniques en français.
  • Esprit de synthèse, rigueur méthodologique et orientation client;
