We are seeking a versatile Onsite Mid-Level Systems Administrator to manage our Windows Server infrastructure while serving as the primary technical lead for SQL Server database administration. This dual-focus role requires a candidate who is equally comfortable managing Active Directory policies and troubleshooting database issues as well as SQL query performance. You will ensure the stability, security, and integrity of critical clinical and business data.
Required Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.

Required Experience:
  • 4-7 years of total IT experience.
  • System Admin: 3+ years managing Windows Server environments (AD, GPO, Patching).
  • SQL DBA: 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft SQL Server (2016+), including maintenance plans, security, and basic performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in a related technical field.
  • Experience with SSIS/SSRS administration.
  • Experience working in a Healthcare IT environment (MEDITECH or other EMR exposure).

Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (or legacy MCSA: SQL Database Administration).
