Job description

Pinnacle Care is seeking an Activities to join our skilled nursing home in Battle Creek, MI!

 

Our activities aides assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social and spiritual programs in accordance with facility policy, the resident's care plan, and as directed by supervisors. 

Job Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Treat all resident with dignity and respect

  • Follows appropriate safety and hygiene measures at all time to protect residents and themselves

  • Reports any allegations of abuse, neglect, misappropriation of property, exploitation, or mistreatment of residents to supervisor and/or administrator. 

  • Flows established infection control policies and procedures

  • Refers resident/families to appropriate social services personnel when indicated

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in the English language.

  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
