Job Description Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Kennesaw, GAPosition OverviewThe North American Postbiotics Senior Marketing Manager - Health & Wellness is a strategic marketing leadership role responsible for driving portfolio growth, commercialization strategy, and customer engagement across ADM's Human Nutrition and Health & Wellness platforms.Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, NAM H&W, this role owns the development and execution of product marketing strategies that translate scientific innovation into commercially impactful market solutions.The position serves as a key cross-functional leader connecting sales, commercial, Product Development, R&D, regulatory and scientific affairs, to deliver the North American P&L.. In addition, this role will lead the marketing implementation of ADM's Health & Wellness ingredient portfolio - with a strong emphasis on next-generation microbiome solutions, including postbiotics - within food and beverage applications. Functional food and beverage experience preferred. Experience with market research tools and data analysis (ex. Nielsen, Mintel, Innova, etc.)Digital /Social media marketing experience.
