WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Concept, write and create strong, compelling copy that resonates with target audiences that go beyond the surface level, delivering sophisticated ideas with a high degree of creative complexity and strategic depth
  • Understand the structure of a brand’s identity—how the visual and verbal executions come together to create a holistic brand experience
  • Be a creative spokesperson for projects to ensure that the creative integrity of the work stays intact
  • Support the team with new business, by helping outline and write pitch decks
  • Contribute high-level thinking that shapes the direction of creative projects from inception to final delivery
  • Master brand voice by consistently producing top-tier copy that meets the agency’s highest standards, even when navigating tight deadlines or budget constraints
  • Drive creative problem-solving by finding adaptable solutions that preserve the core idea while satisfying evolving client needs and technical requirements
  • Clearly articulate creative visions and "decode" client feedback into actionable tasks for the internal team
  • Identify trends and opportunities as they emerge in social that stay true to our brands
  • Defend creative work confidently to internal and external stakeholders, providing a clear rationale for copy and conceptual decisions
  • Translate complex briefs into clear, actionable creative tasks, ensuring the team stays aligned with the client’s core objectives
  • Collaborate with internal team members by actively listening to and interpreting feedback, ensuring a cohesive and effective final product across all departments
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without a loss in quality or focus
  • Take an active role in mentoring junior and mid-level writers and providing constructive, feedback
  • Use AI to generate robust campaign concepts from scratch and explore innovative linguistic patterns that push the boundaries of traditional advertising
  • Leverage AI to generate diverse variations for A/B testing and to draft comprehensive long-form content, such as web pages or white papers
  • Master of agency wide project management and collaboration platforms to maintain high capacity workflows
  • Work collaboratively with a large team of creatives from ideation to execution, helping to ensure ideas are created and brought to life

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

  • 5+ years of agency experience with a portfolio showing multi-channel campaigns with a focus on strategic depth
  • A robust knowledge of advertising fundamentals, including brand development, strategy, storytelling, design, new/emerging platforms and technologies
  • Achieved full command of the creative process- you know how to bring an idea along from a kernel to a campaign, and sell it to clients while staying on brief
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to defend and explain creative choices to internal teams
