• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate and establish the goals and needs of patients seeking help for substance use disorders.

• Provide individual counseling sessions employing therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and recovery-oriented care principles.
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment, demonstrating effectiveness in helping patients achieve their recovery goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to connect with patients and their families empathetically.
• Strong proficiency in maintaining professional boundaries and upholding ethical standards while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a collaborative care model.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field, specifically within substance use disorder treatment.
• Prior work in a community health setting or similar environment is advantageous.
