Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations for new clients via telehealth sessions, gathering relevant history and presenting concerns to inform treatment planning.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, objectives, and circumstances, collaborating closely with clients to ensure their preferences are integrated.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate.
  • Monitor clients’ progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary and providing documentation for continuity of care.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including medication management where applicable.
  • Provide follow-up support for hospitalized clients, coordinating care and ensuring smooth transitions back to outpatient services.
  • Assist clients in addressing barriers to recovery, identifying detrimental behaviors, and implementing preventive strategies.
  • Offer guidance and support to family members and caregivers, equipping them with tools to manage mental health challenges within the household effectively.
Patient Population / Client Focus

We serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, addiction issues, and relationship problems. Our approach emphasizes understanding the cultural and social contexts influencing each client's mental health. Qualifications
