Strong project management, creative problem-solving, and interpersonal skills help professionals excel in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex approval processes. These skills are vital to ensure that outdated or historic buildings are thoughtfully converted to meet modern needs while preserving their unique character and community value.
