Job Description

  • Assist with structural design and analysis for residential and commercial projects
  • Support historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects
  • Prepare calculations, reports, and construction documents
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams
  • Participate in field observations and construction support activities
  • Help deliver projects on schedule and within quality standards
  • Contribute ideas that improve sustainability and project performance
  • Learn from senior engineers and develop technical expertiseQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
  • Engineer in Training (EI) certification required
  • Familiarity with structural analysis and design principles
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with structural design software is preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States
