How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Lead comprehensive patient assessments by evaluating bio-psychosocial needs to create a foundation for personalized, high-quality care.
  • Design and adapt nursing care plans that align with the master treatment strategy, ensuring every intervention is tailored to the patient's specific age and recovery goals.
  • Facilitate therapeutic growth by conducting or co-leading group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment for patient breakthroughs.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to evaluate progress and pivot treatment strategies in real-time, ensuring care remains responsive to the patient's evolving status.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
