Job description

Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is hiring a Key Account Manager - Chains (Small Format) based in Nevada to drive sales and expand distribution. You'll develop sales strategies, build relationships with retail chains, and work with our Strategy, Sales, and Marketing teams to track performance and optimize product placement. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans with the Strategy team to achieve retail sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with regional retail chains to increase ad placement, display support, and distribution.
  • Set and communicate sales goals, track performance, and collaborate with the Execution team.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and growth.
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
  • Optimize sales volume, product mix, and pricing based on trends and economic factors.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights on demand, trends, and competition.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Regional Headquarter Buyer sales, preferably within the alcoholic beverage industry
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong data and financial analysis skills using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong presentation skill using Powerpoint and Google Slides
  • Superior judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Pay: $110,000 - $140,000
