Partner with analytics and measurement teams to support attribution and performance reporting requirements.
  • Reporting & Campaign Optimization: Generate and analyze campaign delivery, pacing, and performance reports within CM360. Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify potential delivery or tracking issues. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support optimization efforts. Collaborate with media and analytics teams to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
  • Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence: Lead pre-launch and post-launch QA processes for campaigns, creatives, and tracking implementations. Develop and enhance processes that improve accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvements. Maintain high standards for campaign execution and risk mitigation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary ad trafficking and ad-serving resource for internal and external stakeholders. Partner with media planning, buying, analytics, creative, development, and vendor teams to support campaign launches and ongoing execution. Translate technical requirements into clear and actionable guidance for cross-functional partners. Provide oversight and day-to-day support to junior trafficking resources, ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the escalation point for complex ad serving, tracking, creative rendering, and reporting issues. Work directly with platform partners and vendors, including Google and Innovid, to resolve technical challenges. Utilize debugging and validation tools to diagnose and resolve implementation issues efficiently.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience in digital ad operations, ad trafficking, or campaign management.
  • Advanced expertise in Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
  • Proven experience managing complex digital campaigns across display, video, rich media, and programmatic channels.
