What we"re looking for:
oSeeking an ultra-organized, detail-oriented Contract Social Media Operations Coordinator to keep our fast-moving social machine running smoothly. This role sits at the intersection of production, corporate legal compliance, and strategy implementation.
oYou will support the Senior Social Media Strategist by managing production logistics for content shoots, routing creative through rigorous legal and product-accuracy reviews, and handling essential administrative tasks for both organic and paid campaigns

What you"ll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
oShoot & Event Coordination: Manage operational logistics for social content shoots and experiential activations (e.g., tracking production timelines, organizing crew schedules, managing talent/creator contracts, and handling on-site coordination as needed).
oLegal & Compliance Routing: Own the end-to-end internal review process. Route all social creative, captions, and influencer assets through Lexus legal, product specialists, and agency compliance partners to secure final sign-offs before publication.
oAsset Management: Organize incoming raw assets and finalized creative deliveries from agencies and creators; ensure all usage rights and talent expirations are meticulously tracked.
oAdmin & Scheduling: Maintain the master organic editorial calendar and assist the Senior Strategist with scheduling, asset hand-offs for paid media deployment, and managing agency build timelines.

oFour-Year College Degree (BA or BS).
