Job description

About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world's leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We've grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we're building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The opportunity

You join our Central Region Mid-Market team to build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of digital advertising sales opportunities across HoldCo and independent agencies in Texas and surrounging marketst. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role for a proactive, commercially driven seller with success in programmatic advertising. You sell complex, high-value solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will report to VP, Sales - Central Mid-Market.

What you'll do

•  Drive net-new business growth by building and owning a book of HoldCo and OppCo agency accounts, while expanding existing relationships.

•  Identify and close new revenue opportunities by prospecting independent and mid-market media agencies.

•  Partner with internal teams — client success, ad ops, and product — to deliver seamless campaign execution.

•  Educate clients on the value of our programmatic offering, including CTV, display, video, mobile app, and native formats.

•  Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each agency's needs and KPIs.

•  Track and forecast pipeline and revenue performance accurately using CRM tools.

What you'll bring

Essential:

•  Advertising sales experience (digital, mobile, or video) with a record of driving net-new revenue through agencies and brands.

• Success winning new clients with mid-market agencies.

•  Deep understanding of the programmatic landscape and the mobile advertising market — products, players, and technologies.

•  Excellent presentation and communication skills.

•  A commercially driven, entrepreneurial approach to both tactical and strategic sales activities.

Nice to have:

•  Established relationships with HoldCo agencies in Texas and surrounding Markets.

•  Experience selling outcomes-based or AI-driven advertising solutions.

What we offer

•  Fully remote role

•  Self-managed vacation (no maximum)

•  1 month work-from-anywhere

•  Healthcare

•  401k

•  Summer Fridays

•  LoopMe Gives Back

•  Learning & development support, including internal mobility and bi-annual promotion cycles
