We are seeking a strategic and operationally driven Director, Network Ad Operations to lead the execution and optimization of our direct-sold audio advertising network, from campaign execution and inventory management to revenue delivery, and cross-functional coordination.


ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic and operationally driven Director, Network Ad Operations to lead the execution and optimization of our direct-sold audio advertising network, from campaign execution and inventory management to revenue delivery, and cross-functional coordination.

You and your team will ensure campaigns launch accurately and deliver successfully across our rapidly growing creator network. You will build on existing operational processes, and partner closely with Sales, Client Services, Product, Finance, and Business Operations to support the continued growth of our advertising business.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop the Network Ad Operations team responsible for the execution of all direct-sold audio advertising campaigns.
  • Build upon a culture of operational excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Refine the organizational structure as needed to support future growth and increasing campaign volume.
  • Own the end-to-end ad ops lifecycle of all direct sold network audio campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, QA, launches, pacing, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with contractual obligations, proactively identifying and resolving delivery risks.
  • Lead makegood/bonus planning and execution, when necessary.
  • Create documentation and operational playbooks that support continued business growth.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Services to ensure exceptional advertiser experiences.
  • Ensure the Network Ad Ops team is prepared to support new product launches.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising operations within podcasting, digital audio, or streaming audio
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team
  • Understanding of network sales and ad operations and experience with campaign trafficking, pacing, optimization, advertiser fulfillment, etc.
  • Familiarity with podcast ad serving and measurement platforms.
  • Experience developing scalable operational processes in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-150,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
