Located in the vibrant city of Miami, the Outpatient Office of Elixir Acupuncture Center offers a nurturing and collaborative setting. As an onsite practitioner, you will interact daily with a diverse patient population, including those seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, and various other health conditions. The atmosphere is supportive and designed to foster professional development while maintaining a focus on exceptional patient care.

• Provide high-quality acupuncture treatments based on individualized patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough patient examinations to diagnose various pathologies and formulate effective plans of care.
• Utilize a variety of acupuncture techniques, including local acupuncture, cupping, electro-acupuncture, and trigger point acupuncture/dry needling.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, treatment processes, and expected outcomes, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team—including chiropractors, massage therapists, and nutritionists—to deliver coordinated care that addresses patients’ complex health issues.
• Engage in staff development through mentoring, education, and guidance initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Facilitate educational workshops and outreach programs to enhance awareness and understanding of acupuncture and holistic approaches within the community.
• Exhibit strong palpation skills and an in-depth understanding of anatomy to accurately identify treatment locations on the patient’s body.
• Maintain a punctual schedule, managing appointments to ensure timely treatment and a positive experience for patients.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations and practices in accordance with industry standards.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in acupuncture.
• Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong clinical expertise with a focus on differential diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple patient needs, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, to facilitate patient interactions and team collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes to assist in a smooth patient experience.

• Continuing Education Units (CEUs) focused on sports medicine acupuncture or trigger point acupuncture are highly desirable.
• Additional certifications in specialized acupuncture techniques or practices are preferred.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting that emphasizes holistic care.

This role offers a competitive pay structure, ranging from USD 20 to 75 per hour, commensurate with experience, alongside potential bonuses based on performance.
