Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their health concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, incorporating acupuncture techniques, and additional supportive modalities.
• Deliver acupuncture treatments while ensuring patient comfort, and address any concerns they may have during the process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes for continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse multi-disciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes and recommend holistic approaches.
• Stay informed on the latest acupuncture techniques, research, and industry trends to enhance personal skill sets and provide the best care possible.
• Assist in training new team members and share insights to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current certification by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
• A valid state acupuncture license in Florida.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing acupuncture treatments in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proficiency in diverse acupuncture techniques and experience in treatment development across various conditions.
• Familiarity with patient management systems and electronic health records (EHR) for maintaining accurate documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from USD 26 to USD 29, depending on experience and qualifications, with additional bonuses based on patient satisfaction and outcomes.
