Full Time 08:00am-4:30pm with Alternating Saturdays Required
Job Summary Role: Department head leading the life enrichment and activity team.
Goal: Direct a therapeutic program that promotes resident independence and community.
Setting: Skilled nursing facilities
Key Responsibilities- Program Design: Create monthly calendars featuring diverse social, creative, spiritual, and physical events.
- Department Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise activities assistants and volunteers.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate records, assessments, and care plans matching state and federal mandates.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the department budget and order all entertainment, decorations, and supplies.
