What You'll Do
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll help turn ordinary days into extraordinary experiences.
You'll work alongside our Life Enrichment team to develop engaging programs that encourage socialization, independence, wellness, and joy.
Your days may include:
  • Leading arts and crafts, games, fitness classes, and educational activities
  • Hosting live entertainment, happy hours, birthday celebrations, and themed events
  • Driving residents on exciting outings, scenic drives, shopping trips, community events, and medical appointments
  • Encouraging resident participation and helping even our quietest residents feel included
  • Collaborating with your partner to create fresh, exciting monthly activity calendars
  • ❤️ Building meaningful relationships that make every resident feel valued and connected
  • Creating an atmosphere filled with laughter, friendship, purpose, and fun
