• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individualized therapy for clients, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and interventions aimed at promoting client recovery and well-being.
• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care that addresses all facets of a client’s mental health.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups, enhancing community support and shared healing experiences among clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services and safety planning for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their immediate needs are addressed.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records, complying with ethical and legal standards while ensuring confidentiality and quality documentation.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Active Minds, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients as they navigate everyday stressors, major life transitions, and mental health crises.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and treatment approaches tailored to diverse clinical needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that facilitate a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

Experience in community mental health settings, proficiency with electronic health record systems, and familiarity with telehealth practices are advantageous. Additionally, a background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapy will be beneficial in this role.
