Active Minds Behavioral Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a full-time member committed to providing remote outpatient mental health services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

  • Create and execute personalized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and interventions aimed at promoting client recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care that addresses all facets of a client’s mental health.

  • Offer crisis intervention services and safety planning for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their immediate needs are addressed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records, complying with ethical and legal standards while ensuring confidentiality and quality documentation.
