As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Active Minds Behavioral Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.
• Implement crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and execute safety plans to manage acute situations effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, helping clients build community and resilience.

You will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Expertise in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, allowing for effective client engagement and rapport building.
