Active Minds Behavioral Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a full-time remote provider at our Detox Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. This role will allow you to utilize your skills in a meaningful way, helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring personalized treatment approaches.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for all clients.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support, including risk assessments and safety planning when interactions escalate or when clients face immediate emotional distress.
  • Maintain timely and precise documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical and legal standards in clinical practice.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation classes, therapeutic group therapy sessions, and support groups, fostering community and support among clients.

Qualifications
