Job description

LOCATION: BRYANT, SD

WW Tire Service is looking to add an Assistant Retread Shop Manager to help with day-to-day operations of our retread facility in Bryant, SD.

Pay: Dependent on experience

Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, 401K, PTO, Employee Discount, and Paid Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production process and ensure production goals are met.
  • Help oversee production, scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance
  • Maintain production quality and safety standards
  • Help the manager train, lead, and support retread facility personnel (5-10 employees)
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, ordering materials, and managing costs
  • Maintain production equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Serve as acting manager during manager absences
  • Other duties as assigned

Preffered:

  • Experience in a retread, commercial tire, or production facility
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with retreading processes
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
