Average 1st Asst. Manager Wage is $18.00-$23.00 per hour including tips!


Port of Subs in Littleton, CO is looking for an energetic and dependable Assistant Manager and Shift Lead to support daily store operations. You'll work alongside our Store Manager to lead a friendly team, maintain our high standards for food quality, and deliver the great guest experience Port of Subs is known for.

This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant or fast-casual experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.


What you'll do

  • Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations, opening and closing procedures
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Help with scheduling, inventory management, and food cost controls
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and brand standards are consistently met
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
  • Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is unavailable
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Monitor cash handling, register accuracy, and daily sales reporting


What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, fast-casual, or food service setting
  • Prior supervisory or shift lead experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
  • Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
