Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Core Actimize Skills
1. Experience supporting NICE Actimize applications including AIS, ActOne, CTR, Transaction Monitoring, or related AML solutions.
2. Understanding of Actimize architecture, batch processing frameworks, execution plans, workflows, and service integrations.
3. Experience troubleshooting Actimize application issues in production environments.
Database Skills
1. Strong SQL skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
2. Experience in analyzing:
o Slow-running SQL, Query execution plans, Database locking, Performance bottlenecks, Data reconciliation issues
3. PostgreSQL administration and performance tuning experience is highly desirable.
DevOps & Automation
1. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms.
2. Experience managing source control repositories using Git.

4. Manage and troubleshoot scheduling tools such as Control-M, Autosys, TWS, Airflow, or equivalent enterprise schedulers.
5. Analyze failed jobs, dependencies, workflow delays, and SLA breaches and take appropriate remediation actions.
6. Support batch performance optimization, workload balancing, and capacity planning initiatives.
7. Manage operational readiness activities for monthly, quarterly, and regulatory processing cycles.
8. Support CI/CD pipelines for application releases and automated deployment processes.
9. Deploy and manage Actimize application components across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
10. Support Azure cloud-hosted Actimize environments including AKS, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Application Insights, and monitoring platforms.
11. Manage configuration changes, environment upgrades, patching activities, and deployment validations.
12. Automate operational activities using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
13. Monitor application health, infrastructure performance, and batch execution status using enterprise monitoring tools.
14. Develop dashboards, alerting mechanisms, and operational reports to improve platform visibility and operational efficiencies.
15. Ensure compliance with operational controls, audit requirements, security standards, and regulatory obligations.
16. Maintain operational runbooks, recovery procedures, deployment guides, support documentation, and knowledge repositories.
17. Drive automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve platform reliability and resilience.
Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year
