Call Center Representative
Location: Naperville, IL (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9A-6P or 10A-7P
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM for the first 5 weeks
We are seeking a Call Center Representative for our client in Naperville! This is a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for accepting high volume inbound calls for warranty and claims matters. This is an ideal position for individuals with at least 1 year of call center experience.
What You'll Do
  • Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls (as needed)
  • Educate consumers on service products and account information
  • Assist with warranty and claims inquiries
  • Accurately document customer interactions within CRM platforms
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction
What We're Looking For
  • 1 year of call center customer service experience
  • High volume environment with metrics/KPIs
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and live documentation
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously
