AgeRight Clinical Services (ACS) was created to meet the ever-increasing medical needs of Post-Acute patients and Long-Term Care residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care environments. Created by long-term care providers for long-term care providers, ACS is the first and only clinical group of its kind.
As a clinician with AgeRight Clinical Services, you will work on a team of dedicated Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Associates from a variety of different specialty backgrounds in conjunction with the facility nursing staff, therapists, dieticians, and social workers, the ACS team to deliver compassionate, holistic care to our patients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate who desires to work in a facility-based environment, enjoys autonomy, and is looking to exercise their clinical skillset in our ever-evolving environment. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with your patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
