THE POSITION

We're looking for an Acquisition Strategy Senior Associate focused on Conversion who'll lead on improving every customer touch point from considering signing-up to FanDuel Casino through to full activation. This role will be responsible for leading the conversion strategy with data-driven decision making and commercial savvy to drive company growth through our Casino product. This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to make a material impact on the business outcome for FanDuel Group.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Obsess about the customer journey from media exposure through activation, analyzing opportunities to grow value by improving each stage of the funnel.
  • Execute against defined KPIs, maintaining established reporting cadences and processes.
  • Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to improve data quality, ensuring informed decisions using a single source of truth.
  • Support the process for working with product teams to ensure accurate metric reporting and provide context behind performance.
  • Collaborate with Conversion leads from across different FanDuel Group Business Units to share knowledge and support a unified approach.
  • Contribute to maturing our conversion practice by continuously iterating on reporting, insights, experiments, and partner relationships.
  • Participate in conversations with product and content teams to support improvements to the end-to-end new customer experience from response to conversion.
  • Assist in App Store Optimization as part of the Conversion landscape, executing a robust test & learn ASO optimization roadmap.
  • Support a test and learn culture that continues to improve our performance and processes.
  • Execute complex conversion analyses and optimizations independently, contributing to how we think about our new customers and the experience we deliver for them.

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline) preferred
  • Proven Growth mindset; Product led, data driven and highly creative
  • Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack (Amplitude and Quantum Metric highly desirable)
  • Results oriented, with the need to be objective and measure performance
  • Metrics driven and continuously seeking improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality and productivity
  • Track record of delivering business outcomes
  • Strong analytical rigor to your decision making
  • Ability and eagerness to effectively balance the big-picture strategic work with execution

  • Interest in the Online Gaming Industry preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $86,000 - $108,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
