What does an Associate Recruiter do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in hiring various positions for Swire Coca-Cola. You will collaborate closely with hiring leaders, candidates, and human resources peers to identify top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position provides recruitment expertise and guidance to a variety of stakeholders. This role is responsible for the execution of the recruitment strategy and follow-through of attracting a best-in-class and highly motivated work force.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate requirements and assist in creating effective job postings that attract applicants
  • Deliver full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as our applicant tracking system, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc., to post open positions and proactively adjust strategies if desired applicant flow is insufficient
  • Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
  • Guide hiring leaders through the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role
  • Partner with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
  • Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling) required
  • 1+ years Experience working in human resources or recruiting/talent acquisition required
  • Knowledge of recruitment policies and processes including knowledge of equal employment opportunity regulations
  • Proficiency in leveraging communication technology (Teams, Zoom, etc.) for conducting candidate interviews
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Familiarity with passive candidate sourcing tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ATS, etc...)
