Job Title: Talent Acquisition CoordinatorJob Description
The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will support the recruiting team with day-to-day coordination, interview scheduling, recruiting operations, candidate communication, job postings, offer support, and ATS-related tasks. This role is key in enhancing the candidate experience, supporting employer branding, and driving university recruiting initiatives and talent acquisition technology.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interviews for recruiters through Outlook.
  • Support four recruiters with recruiting coordination and administrative work.
  • Manage recruiting workflows through UKG Recruiting.
  • Assist with job postings and candidate movement in the ATS.
  • Circulate and support offer requests.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruiting information.
  • Monitor recruiting processes and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Assist with pre-employment or onboarding-related tasks as needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as proficiency is demonstrated.
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination.
  • Experience working with an ATS.
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating interviews through Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through abilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.55/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
