Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, The ACHC, and State and Federal requirements.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

Kentucky Pharmacist License

Indiana Pharmacist License

Hospital and/or oncology experience preferred.
