Job description

Loan Operations Senior Supervisor bilingual Chinese
located on-site in Manhattan
Base salary $75-90k depending on experience and skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Department Manager with daily operational functions and departmental administration.
- Supervise Loan Operations staff and workflow in the Manager's absence.
- Train new employees and cross-train backup team members.
-Perform escrow analysis and administration, including to ensure
the timely and accurate disbursement of property taxes and insurance premiums, reconciling escrow accounts, resolving escrow-related exceptions, and maintaining compliance with
applicable policies and regulations.
- Prepare/reconcile month-end reporting, including mortgage and Fannie Mae reporting requirements.
-Review incoming correspondence and loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
-Collaborate with Head Office on core system upgrades, enhancements, and testing.
- Process loan transactions, Maintain loan records and files,
-Respond to inquiries regarding syndicated loans from business teams and agent banks.
-Process Treasury Operations transactions

Required Education and Experience:
-Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
-Five to seven years of related experience and/or training.
-Equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Bilingual (English/Chinese) skills
-Possesses strong verbal and written
communication abilities, including the capacity to read and comprehend English instructions, correspondence, and memoranda.
