job description:

Comply with the logistics of shipments (imports and exports) throughout all the process until arrival or departure of cargo. assist, and inform customers in a timely manner, and generate loyalty and good business relationships with them.

• Prepare quotations.

• Obtain quotations from airlines/carriers and optimize costs in shipments.

• Handle, route, consolidate and book air or sea import/export traffic efficiently.

• inform clients about cargo status

• Prepare shipment documentation and billing of the shipments handled.

• prepare and send the invoice of the shipment.

• TSA knowledge.

• Bilingual - English / Spanish

• 3 years of experience minimum required
