Job Description
This position is responsible for project managing Accurate Franchising clients throughout the entire development process. It is essential to evaluate brand initiatives to implement any operational changes for success. This position provides leadership and coordination in the strategic planning, business process, legal documentation and marketing collateral of AFI clients as well as implementing effective growth measures for United Franchise Group. The Project Manager is responsible for providing guidance in the operations to match the vision and goals of our clients, and to ensure that all processes and procedures are followed in order to ensure the success of our franchisor partners.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with each franchisor client and various stakeholders.
  • Coordinate kickoff meetings with vendors and AFI clients.
  • Manage various projects at any given time with thoroughness and professionalism.
  • Hold vendors accountable to the utmost standards put forth by United Franchise Group.
  • Attend monthly managers meetings
  • Conduct weekly and bi-weekly calls and meetings, as required.
  • Concisely coordinate FDD review meetings with attorneys and clients.
  • Continually review processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies and provide input for improvement.
  • Identify key stakeholders and vendors to add to our vendor portfolio and review quarterly on their performance.
  • Attend company-wide meetings and events, as required.
  • Document progress and communication within internal Client Relationship Management platform.
  • Minimal travel as needed to support the growth and success of AFI clients.
  • Conduct strategic planning sessions with our clients to ensure a key understanding of franchise laws and regulations. Invite key stakeholders to various meetings.
  • Communicate with all levels of organization clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Conduct monthly One-on-One meetings with each direct report
  • Conduct yearly Performance Appraisal

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B. A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or Associate's degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
An individual should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Chrome, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.
Strong background in related industry and specific production techniques.
Sales and business operations experience.
Experience in franchising, consulting, or working with business owners and managing cross-functional projects.
Must be willing to travel on a case-by-case basis, as needed for Tradeshows, Regional Meetings, and other meetings as assigned.
