Bellamy Stricklandย is currentlyย hiring forย anAccounts Receivable Associateย inMcDonough, GA. This is afull-time position. Qualified candidatesmust haveย twoย plus years of recentย accountsย receivable experienceand experience withย CDKย is a plus.ย 

Candidates for this position must be able to maintain confidential information, meet constant deadlines, thriveย on multi-tasking and problem solving in aย fast-pacedย environment. Must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.ย 

The Accounts Receivable Associate Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:ย 

  • Enter all current day cash receipts accurately andย in a timely manner. This includes checks,ย ACH,ย and credit card payments.ย ย 

  • Review customer accounts,ย invoices,ย and statements for accuracy.ย ย 

  • Answer all AR incoming calls and email inquiries.ย 

  • Mail/Email out invoices and statements.ย 

  • Daily credit card reconciliation.ย 

  • Respond to customerย questionsย and resolve issues. Communicating with internal staff toย facilitateย resolution.ย 

  • Analyze customer credit and set credit limits.ย 

  • Make collection calls on outstanding accounts.ย 

  • Perform other tasks andย functionsย assignedย inย the accounting department.ย 

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Associate:ย 
-Musthaveย 2+ years of recent accounts receivable experience.ย 
-Musthave excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)ย 
-ย CDKย experience is aย plus.ย
