Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will manage the company’s bills and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner. Responsibilities will include receiving and preparing accounts payable invoices, handling expense reports, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, is an experienced bookkeeper, and has a strong understanding of accounting, payments, and budgets. 

Responsibilities 

  • Reconciling credit card and bank statements
  • Maintaining accurate general ledger journal entries
  • Preparing accounts payable invoices
  • Making payments promptly
  • Preparing sales and use tax returns
