Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Accounting
  • Process accounts payable (enter bills, code expenses, process payments)
  • Manage recurring/auto-pay transactions (utilities, mortgage, etc.)
  • Maintain organized documentation (invoices, receipts, filing)
  • Assist with cash receipts and deposit tracking
  • Record transactions in Sage Intacct

Entity & Transaction Support

  • Work across multiple entities and locations
  • Ensure transactions are coded accurately by entity and account
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across records

Month-End Support

  • Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Support journal entries and close process
  • Help ensure transactions are complete and ready for reporting

Financial Reporting Support

  • Assist in preparation and review of financial statements
  • Support month-end close, reconciliations, and basic analysis
  • Identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Understand how transactions impact financial reporting

Process & Administrative Support

  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Support invoice flow and document management
  • Assist with improving processes
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and perform other duties as needed to support the accounting andadministrative functions
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3-6+ years of accounting experience.
  • Experience in multi-entity environments preferred.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
Pay Transparency

Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,304.00 to $99,590.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
