This position ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves reconciling bank statements, preparing journal entries, and collaborating with various departments to resolve discrepancies and support financial reporting. The Accounts Payable Clerk contributes to the overall accounting function by assisting with accounts receivable and other accounting tasks as needed. Ultimately, this position supports the company’s financial health by ensuring that all payables are processed efficiently and accurately, fostering strong vendor relationships and internal controls.

Minimum Qualifications:
