Job description

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Support / Associate Account Executive to join a growing supplement manufacturing company in Davie. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term career with the opportunity to learn, grow, and advance into a full Account Executive role.

Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Executives with customer accounts and daily operations
  • Communicate professionally with customers and assist with account needs and follow-ups
  • Process purchase orders and maintain customer documentation
  • Track orders, prepare reports, and maintain account records
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, QA, Packaging, and Logistics
  • Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare quotes, spreadsheets, presentations, and customer documentation
  • Participate in customer meetings and account management activities
  • Collaborate with Marketing on presentations and sales materials
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales department
  • Learn internal processes and develop into a full Account Executive role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, project coordination, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Professional, energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Interested in a long-term opportunity and motivated to grow within the company
  • Manufacturing, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or CPG experience is a plus
