We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with 10-15 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role, to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach members of the accounting team, fostering technical expertise and continuous improvement.
  • Review complex accounting transactions and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to resolve accounting matters and improve business processes.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Assist with external audits by responding to auditor inquiries and supporting documentation requests.
  • Analyze financial results, investigate unusual variances, and provide meaningful insights to management.
