Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Billing Specialist with at least 5 years of AR or accounting experience to join a close-knit, supportive finance team. This fully in-office role is ideal for established professionals who know their career direction in AR/accounting and are seeking stability and longevity—not for new grads or those early in their career journey. Office Managers with strong accounting backgrounds and dedicated “AR lifers” are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and send accurate invoices and account updates

  • Ensure billing data compliance and integrity

  • Process and track incoming payments, maintain AR records

  • Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues promptly

  • Communicate directly with clients regarding billing questions and overdue accounts
