  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
  • Experience leading financial close processes and managing general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, fixed assets, and cash management.
  • Experience developing or maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with enterprise resource planning or government-contract accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a growing organization.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a government-adequate accounting system, indirect rates, contract billing, incurred-cost submissions, or DCAA reviews.
  • Experience with IFRS reporting, financial-system implementation, process automation, acquisition integration, or public accounting.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and may require additional hours during financial close, audit, and other critical reporting periods. Occasional travel may be required.
