Job description

Splash Carwash in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a motivated Accounting Specialist to support our accounting department with daily operations on a part-time, hybrid basis. This is a great opportunity for a current accounting student to gain hands-on experience with real-world accounting processes in a growing business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coding bank feed deposit transactions in QuickBooks Online
  • Processes invoices for approval and payment
  • Assists with month-close, quarter-close, and annual close processes which includes bank reconciliations, journal entries, etc.  
  • Helps assist fleet manager with accounts receivable
  • Deposits checks and self serve funds to bank
  • Assists with other journal entries as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
